Preservation of the building
This year, with the state support, the Count Plater Library conservation works will be carried out.
Within the framework of conservation works, it is planned to reinforce and treat load-bearing elements with rot protection materials, fasten roof units with metal clamps, install temporary roofing, partially restore cornices, create ventilation gaps, as well as build gutters, partially restore temporary window aperture fasteners as well as perform other works.
The Count Plater Library is privately owned. According to experts, this 18th century architectural monument is very well preserved.
The property consists of a residential building of about 1000 m2 and a plot of land of about 7000 m2.
Financial investment is needed for the Count Plater Library renovation. The building owner would consider co-financing for the building renovation (equity, debt, hybrid) starting from EUR 750,000 foe the term of 7-8 years.
